The Communication Policy for the Cape Paterson Residents Ratepayers Association details guidelines for internal and external communication, roles, responsibilities, and procedures to ensure effective and respectful information sharing.
The Document and Recordkeeping Policy is designed to ensure that the CPRRA meets its responsibilities in terms of the production, storage, sharing and retention of documents and records.
The Financial Management Policy details the guidelines CPRRA uses to manage its finances in accordance with its Rules of Association and members’ interests, ensuring authorised, transparent, and well-recorded income, expenditure, and reporting to support its purposes and activities.
The CPRRA recognises that it is the right of every member to be treated with dignity while participating in all CPRRA-related activities, and that all CPRRA activities will be fair, safe and inclusive - as outlined in The Anti-Discrimination Policy.
